We started of this session with a quick recap of what is time ? We came up with different ideas like Time is a scam , Time is a design , Time is the base of an existence , Time is a direction , Time is a circle , Time is money , Time is a machine , Time is perception. Through this discussion we understood time has various meanings and interpretation for different people.
After this quick discussion we saw a movie CHRONOS. It was made in 1985 , it is directed by Ron Fricke. It is a journey through time , begins with a birthplace of western civilization and proceeds to contemporary France. The movie had no dialogues , the choice of music was soothing . While watching the movie we had to note down various places that occurred in the movie. [ Roman and Greek civilization , Paris , Venice , Amazon forest , New York City , Los Angeles , Parthenon , Pantheon , Stone Henge , Rocket base , Art and Architecture , Egyptian civilization , Shadows and lights , Statue of Liberty , Grand Canyon , Greece , Villages and colonies , Existence of old civilization ]
We continued with our narratives , we were supposed to discuss our narratives with sir and were supposed to come up with one narrative . After selecting the narrative we were supposed to make thumbnails and story boards so that we could get a rough idea of how the narrative looked. We had to recreate the narrative by clicking pictures [ photographic narrative ]
For the next class we had to write a 50 words essay on what is time according to us.
